In 2019, Valery and Jeff Johnson created Distinctive Integrations, LLC, utilizing their over 40 years of customer service in the HVAC field. Distinctive Integrations, LLC is an OSHA certified business that services the Central Ohio area and strives to provide unique solutions for their customer’s needs with innovative technology and equipment.

The goals of Distinctive Integrations, LLC is to support our customers in their HVAC, controls, safety and electrical needs. Using current innovative technology and equipment, we can guide you through the complex world of HVAC, lighting, electrical and safety needs. From heating and cooling adjustments, through project management of equipment installation, repairs and maintenance we can aid in time management for you business.

Our Management team
Valery Johnson
Co-owner/Customer Support Manager
Attention to detail & diversity in responsiblities are strong beliefs that Valery brings to her position with Distinctive Integrations, LLC. Valery began her professional career as an Optometric Technician/Licensed Optician, which gave her experience working with customer relations and timely delivery of materials.
In 2021, Valery applied for and received the Ohio WBE (Women’s Business Enterprise) certification. Valery also received her OSHA 10 certification in 2021 as well.
Valery is proud to represent the female minority in the HVAC business and looks forward to being an example to other females interested in getting into the HVAC field.
In her free time, Valery enjoys sewing, camping, participating in her antique car club and traveling with her husband.
Jeff Johnson
Co-owner/Executive Account Manager
Since 1984, Jeff has worked in the HVAC industry, working for the three major manufacturers: Johnson Controls, Inc, Carrier Corporation and The Trane Company. Jeff has been well trained in the industry in both HVAC equipment and controls. Jeff has worked as an installing technician, service technician and a sales consultant for these companies, helping his customers in many different issues to provide solutions to HVAC concerns.
Jeff’s experience coupled with his time working with a local mechanical contractor in Columbus helps Jeff feel very comfortable working on all aspects of service and construction and helping customers meet their needs and fitting the solution into their budget. Jeff has maintained a valid Ohio HVAC license since in 2018, allowing our firm to be a Licensed Mechanical Contractor. Jeff also carries his OSHA 10 certification along with a fire system inspection license.
Beyond work, Jeff enjoys working on and driving antique cars, camping in their motorhome and traveling with his wife. Jeff is also an active member of the FOE #376 in Delaware, Marion area Chamber of Commerce and an associate member of OCREE.
