New boilers with new controls communicating through Modbus open communications.  These two boilers replace the original existing single boiler.  The new boilers are much more efficient and one is managing to heat the building.  With these new boilers, Distinctive Integrations, LLC has been hired as the buildings virtual engineer.  With the automation and monitoring, Distinctive Integrations, LLC is capable to save the client money in maintenance while still providing their client with proper temperatures and reliability.

Distinctive Integrations, LLC provided and installed new controls to help manage the unit during the COVID-19 pandemic.  The new controls maximizes the introduction of outdoor air while balancing the energy and maintaining temperature in the spaces.  Distinctive Integrations, LLC has installed these packages on all five of the existing rooftop units.  The maintenance department can also monitor the units from their smart phones.  

Design and installed controls on a custom air handler unit with humidifiers and humidity control to maintain a clean room temperature and humidity so that Smiths Medical can comply with FDA regulations and inspections.   Distinctive Integrations, LLC helped in a pinch when no other company in Columbus could help.  Distinctive Integrations, LLC acquired the Circon controller, installed and re-programmed the controller to assure proper and compliant operation.
